One single mother — that’s how this all began.
I was trying to make a difference in my own life, and in the life of my daughter, Bella.
After our world turned upside down, I knew I didn’t want to be forgotten, and I didn’t want my struggles to be in vain. I wanted Bella to grow up knowing that even in hard times, her mom stood strong, fought for better, and turned pain into purpose.
This isn’t just a mission — it’s my promise.
To my daughter.
To other single mothers.
To every woman doing her best with so little.
This is my story — and one day, I hope Bella sees that everything I built was for her.

At In Better Hands, we believe every single mother deserves a village. A support system. A place to breathe.
We exist to serve women who are doing it all — raising children, rebuilding lives, and carrying the weight of it alone. Many are first-generation Americans, with no family nearby and no backup. For them, everyday tasks become uphill battles.
That’s where we step in.
We are a growing community of compassion — offering essentials, encouragement, and dignity to mothers who often feel forgotten. We understand the struggle because we’ve lived it, and we’re here to make sure no woman feels invisible, and no child is left without hope.
Because when moms are supported, families thrive. And when women are uplifted, entire communities rise.
